Hundreds of Team Members Volunteer Over 1,300 Hours During Annual Week of Service

DALLAS, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Inc. (USAP) is celebrating the success of its annual USAP Cares Week, which brought together 400 participants across 24 events, contributing more than 1,300 volunteer hours and $36,800 in donations. Together, these efforts helped positively impact an estimated 45,000 lives, reflecting the meaningful difference that can be made in just one week.

The USAP Cares program focuses USAP resources and personnel to improve the communities where USAP team members live and work. Efforts focus on three main areas: health and well-being, education and civic enrichment. While USAP Cares activities occur throughout the year, the organization puts an extra emphasis on service during USAP Cares Week each year.

During USAP Cares Week this year, USAP teams supported organizations addressing a variety of community needs, including food insecurity, homelessness, and education. Activities ranged from preparing meals and assembling essential care kits to supporting needy children and families and contributing to programs that provide critical resources to underserved populations.

Highlights included members of the Executive Leadership Team spending time with young residents at Covenant House Texas alongside a $15,000 donation to support the organization’s mission. In Central Texas, team members and their families packed more than 22,000 pounds of food at the Central Texas Food Bank, while volunteers in Nevada assembled 2,500 hygiene kits for local charitable organizations. In South Texas, a virtual food drive raised more than $5,000 to support the San Antonio Food Bank, providing 50,000 pounds of food.

Other efforts included creating birthday boxes for children in foster care, assembling gifts for pediatric patients, serving families at Give Kids The World Village in Florida and building chairs for a new home for women recovering from human trafficking and addiction operated by Thistle Farms in Tennessee

“We are incredibly proud and humbled by every act of service from our team members during USAP Cares Week this year,” said Dr. John Fan a physician partner at USAP Florida. “Their generosity and compassion contributed to immeasurable impact across the very communities we serve every day and is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others – through clinical care and beyond.”
