Ryse Realty Group is expanding its national footprint with LPT Realty as its brokerage, as David Lewis, Marissa Canario, and Bobby Moats scale an organization shaped by their complementary experience in team leadership, national platform-building, agent services, and real estate technology.
Ryse was built as one national platform, combining resources in leads, technology, and training with local market leaders who provide on-the-ground support, all centered on the goals of each individual agent. Inman recently explored the model in a profile of the organization and its leadership.
Ryse currently operates across Texas, Illinois, Georgia, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Idaho. The organization spans 10 markets that include Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Boston, San Antonio, Austin, Milwaukee, Albuquerque, and Chattanooga, with plans to enter another 10 states over the next 12 months.
Founded by Lewis and Moats, Ryse later brought Canario into its leadership as conversations among the three revealed a strong shared perspective on the limitations they had each encountered inside legacy real estate models. Together, they saw an opportunity to apply those lessons to an organization designed to raise the ceiling for agents and create stronger alignment across the agent, team and brokerage, giving the Ryse name both its meaning and its mission.
Lewis, who serves as Ryse’s CEO, brings 15 years of real estate experience, including close to a decade in building national expansion platforms through executive and regional ownership roles with Five Doors Network and Livian, alongside expertise leading a large team and training real estate professionals within his former brokerage ecosystem. He was also an early member of LPT Realty and involved in the brokerage’s development and launch.
“The ‘A’ in Ryse’s DNA is alignment,” said David Lewis, co-founder and CEO, Ryse Realty Group. “The agent, team, and brokerage are all pulling in the same direction toward one outcome: helping agents take their businesses where they want them to go based on their specific vision of real estate success.”
Ryse adapts to the agent, rather than asking the agent to conform to a prescribed model. The organization concentrates on leads and opportunities, recruiting, technology, and professional development, giving agents greater flexibility to pursue growth according to their own goals.
Canario’s perspective on this model was shaped in part by her experience across different operating environments. As Ryse’s Chief Growth Officer, she brings firsthand insight into the complexities of serving agents at scale while navigating the needs of multiple stakeholders across a multilayered real estate organization. She previously served as National Director of Sales and Expansion for United Home Group (UHG), an organization that reached 167 U.S. locations and five international markets. Today, she works with enterprise real estate teams as a coach, consultant, and operator, also serving as Realtor in Residence at Ylopo.
“At Ryse, we’re taking what we’ve learned and using it to create the kind of modern organization we want to be part of,” said Marissa Canario, Chief Growth Officer, Ryse Realty Group. “That means staying close to what our agents need, evolving our support alongside their businesses, and keeping their goals at the center as we grow.”
With LPT as its brokerage platform, Ryse expects to operate its model across markets without some of the structural complexity its leaders encountered in previous expansion environments, including multiple local brokerages, differing policies, and varied compliance structures.
Moats brings a particularly relevant perspective to that dynamic, drawing on experience across real estate production, team leadership, brokerage technology, and enterprise strategy, including as an executive owner with Livian and in technology development within his former brokerage ecosystem.
“LPT is an adaptive platform that allows the freedom to operate and expand with no limits on vision and autonomy,” said Bobby Moats, co-founder, Ryse Realty Group. “Ryse is relentless about creating fresh opportunities for agents, giving them more ways to grow their businesses, step into leadership, and set new career milestones.”
Moats is excited to support Ryse from his roles at LPT, where he serves as SVP of Agentic AI, and as co-founder, CIO, and Head of Industry of Speculo.ai, an AI-powered database engagement and intent-detection platform whose AI teammate, Remi, recently received a 2026 Inman Innovators Award for Most Innovative Lead Servicing Solution. LPT Aperture Holdings (LPTA), parent company of LPT Realty, announced its acquisition of Speculo.ai in July 2026; the platform continues to operate under its own brand and on a brokerage-agnostic basis.
Ryse’s partnership with LPT aligns with the brokerage’s tenet of Individual Definition of Success, or IDOS, a concept originated by founder and CEO Robert Palmer that is rooted in real estate professionals having the agency to define success on their own terms and having the brokerage platform to pursue it. The IDOS principle carries through Ryse’s model: agents define where they want to go, Ryse adapts to help them get there, and LPT gives Ryse the brokerage flexibility to support that approach at scale.
“David, Marissa, and Bobby have each spent years inside legacy real estate models, learning firsthand where they create opportunity and where they create friction. They’re channeling those lessons into scaling Ryse, and we’re proud to provide a brokerage structure where their experience and appetite for growth can move in the same direction as the ambitions of the agents they serve,” said Robert Palmer, founder and CEO of LPT Realty.
